Asus has released the new U Series laptop in European market, called the U46SV. This U46SV ultra-thin laptop is based on Intel’s Huron River platform, also features a hinge-forward design with an aluminum chassis, and a lovely champagne color.

This U46SV ultra-thin laptop is based on Intel’s Huron River platform, also features a hinge-forward design with an aluminum chassis, and a lovely champagne color. The Asus U46SV laptop is is powered by a 2.3GHz Intel Core i5-2410M processor, 4GB/6GB of RAM, a 500GB hard drive, and a GeForce GT 540M graphics card with 1GB of memory and Optimus support. It packs a 14-inch LED-backlit display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixel, a DVD burner, a 0.3 megapixel webcam, and an 8-cell battery
Other specifications include a 4-in-1 card reader, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet, VGA and HDMI output, and one USB 3.0 port. The U46SV is pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit OS.
Prices of Asus U46SV with 4GB memory is €779 and €799 for 6GB RAM.
